Rolandas is a labourer
and has been with the company for only six months.
He enjoys working with
Bayswater because he is able to get involved in all aspects of the project
and gets to see everything that is going on. He likes this because it makes
his work interesting and he is always learning. It is this that he enjoys
most about the job.
His hobbies are to play
pool and basketball. Basketball is the national sport in Lithuania and so he
enjoys watching it too.
