Peter has been working
with buildings for 37 years since he was 16 years old. He studied carpentry
for four years in his home town of Dunedin in New Zealand and has worked on
a massive variety of projects since this time. The nature of the building
industry in New Zealand has meant that he has become expert in many areas of
construction aside from carpentry. These skills have proved invaluable on
his present job at Queens Road.
Peter spent many years
working in New Zealand. In his time there he has been involved in building
over 20 houses. Since coming to England he has been able to use this wealth
of experience to bring new and innovative ideas to his work here.
Peter loves working
with buildings because each project is different and provides a fresh
challenge for him to work on. He enjoys the feeling of pride he gets when a
job is completed.
Peter’s main passion
outside of his work is yachting. He enters competitive races with his
brother. Like his work in carpentry, he enjoys yachting because he loves
being out in the open air.
