Fraser has been in the building industry for 2 ˝ years. He spent his first two years as a labourer and has now been promoted to hammer hand. He plans to go on and become a fully trained carpenter in the near future.

He loves working on building sites because he likes being out in the open air and the physical aspect of the work. He also gains a feeling of satisfaction when he finishes his work that he has never had from any other kind of employment. An example of this was his involvement in the completion of the loft extension on this project.

Fraser says he has learnt a massive amount from working with Bayswater and the other carpenters who he has worked with. He says “Bayswater has a really friendly and professional atmosphere from top to bottom”.

His hobbies outside of work include playing and watching rugby, playing golf, he has an impressive handicap of thirteen and he also enjoys surfing.
